Micro Sandblaster LV-1 Model

SWAM-BLAST^® Model LV-1 Micro Swam Blaster (Large Volume) is best for operating in production lines and in the SWAM^® Automated Systems. The LV-1 features independently adjustable powder flow control and air pressure regulation for total process control, an hour meter for SPC monitoring and a leak detection system for the pinch valve assemblies. It holds approximately 20 pounds of Aluminum Oxide, and has a separate mixing powder tank for a consistent powder feed rate from a full tank to an empty tank.

When heavier throughput is required, customers have the the option to select XV-1 SWAM Blaster^® as well.

For the Model LV-1, the optimum nozzle range is 0.018” up to 0.060”.

Crystal Mark offers additional options for both LV-1 and XV-1 models:

• Quick Pinch Valve Assembly
• Low Powder Sensor to detect low levels of abrasive powder within the auxiliary tank
• Pulse Shaker to enhance the powder flow from the auxiliary tank to the mixing tank
• Also available are work chambers, dust collectors and air dryers in various configurations to meet the customer’s specific requirements
