Crystal Mark new Turbo-Max CCR Table Top Conformal Coating Removal System incorporates Crystal Mark’s MV-2L Micro Abrasive Blaster, Ionized Ergonomic Work Chamber, Point Ionizer at Nozzle, along with a compact Filter System. The all-in-one workstation fits on most benches and is designed to safely and selectively remove conformal coatings, whether from a pinpoint area to an entire circuit card assembly. When used with Carbo Blast™ abrasive powder, conformal coatings can be removed without causing mechanical or ESD damage.
Removes: Parylene, Silicones, Urethanes, Epoxies, Acrylics and Much More.
- Ionized Ergonomic Work Chamber and grounded work surface provide exceptional ESD protection.
- Use UV fluorescent light to allow for easy identification of residual conformal coating.
- Flip switch to white fluorescent bulb to allow for normal viewing of removal process.
